Mr. Yap Choon Huat is a MIA member and has years of audit experience with KPMG in both commercial and special audits of major companies. He also has more than 15 years of commercial experience in finance, corporate and listing exercise of local listed companies in various industries including manufacturing, property development and construction.
His area of expertise is in the incorporation of limited companies, advise on ownership structure and control while ensuring compliance with the relevant statutory regulations.
Ms. Chan Lai Cheng started her career with KPMG where she gained extensive experience in audit, tax and special assignments for major private and listed companies. Thereafter, she joined the manufacturing sector where she has more than 18 years’ experience in heading the finance, administration and general operations for a group of companies.
Ms. Chan specializes in accounting and tax matters and assists clients to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations with proper planning strategies.
